If the product you purchased differs from the information published on the website, you have the right to return it unused, with all accompanying documentation, within 14 days from the delivery date. Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website are valid retail prices at the moment of purchase through our website and include VAT. The total order amount—together with any discounts (rebates) and delivery costs—is clearly shown in the cart under “ORDER SUMMARY”.

After you complete your order on the website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This message includes the details you provided when placing the order, as well as a summary of the ordered items and the total price.

If a price discrepancy occurs for any reason, The Golden Spartan (Credicom International doo) is obliged to inform the customer in a timely manner.

Available Payment Methods

Payment for products on the website can be made using one of the following methods: payment cards – VISA, Maestro, DinaCard, AMEX, or MasterCard that support online payments. Card payments are processed in cooperation with AllSecure d.o.o. and Banca Intesa a.d. Belgrade, and are carried out securely and in a certified manner via the AllSecure Paymet Gateway by entering card details into the designated fields.
After the card details are entered and payment is confirmed, the bank authorizes the transaction, after which the order is approved and moves to the next stage of preparation for delivery. The amount is then reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes during that period.
The transaction is completed and the amount is actually charged (debited) only once the products are packed for transport and handed over to the courier service. If the payment is not completed, i.e., if the charge is not executed within 14 days from acceptance of your order, the order will be cancelled and removed. After the 14-day period expires, the reserved funds are automatically released and become available to you again. You may then place the same order again or create a new order and complete payment.
We recommend that you check with the bank that issued your card whether your card supports online payments.

Data Protection During Payment

When entering payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol, applying the most advanced methods of tokenization of sensitive data and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. At no time are payment card details available to the merchant.
3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers - AllSecure Payment Gateway applies the highest global standards of security and data privacy. All merchants using AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, providing customers with additional security when shopping. Customers’ card numbers are not stored in the merchant’s system, and the entry itself is protected by SSL data encryption.
PCI DSS Standards - AllSecure Payment Gateway is continuously aligned with all requirements of card schemes in order to increase the level of security for merchants and customers. From 2005 to the present day, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, representing the highest standard in the industry. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) defines mandatory security measures for processing, storing, and transmitting sensitive cardholder data. PCI standards protect cardholder data throughout the payment process: from the moment data is entered at the merchant’s point of sale, through communication between the merchant, relevant banks and card schemes, as well as any subsequent storage of data in accordance with the rules.

Refunds in Case of Card Payments

In the event of a refund to a customer who previously paid by payment card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the refund, the refund will be processed exclusively to the same VISA, Maestro, DinaCard, AMEX, or MasterCard card used for the payment. This means that our bank will, at our request, return the funds to the cardholder’s account.

Currency Conversion Statement

All payments are made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian dinar (RSD). For the informational display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount charged to your payment card will be shown in your local currency through conversion at the rate applied by the card schemes, which may not be known to us at the time the transaction is processed. As a result of this conversion, a slight difference from the original price displayed on our website may occur.

Card Data Registration (Tokenization)

When, at the customer’s request or by the merchant’s decision, card data is TOKENIZED (securely stored in a certified manner for later use), such data is stored on AllSecure PCI-DSS Level 1 certified servers. Tokenized card data is transmitted in a fully secure and certified manner. The Golden Spartan (Credicom International doo) does not have access at any time to the card number or other sensitive data; instead, it receives a reference number (token) that may be used exclusively by the company, in accordance with the terms agreed with the customer. The customer may at any time deregister a previously registered card, as well as change the details of a previously tokenized card.

Shipment Delivery

Products ordered through our website may be delivered via courier services with which The Golden Spartan (Credicom International doo) cooperates. Delivery costs are borne by the customer, and the payment method depends on the selected model: upon receipt of the shipment (cash on delivery), via payment slip (bank transfer), or by payment card (online payment).
If you select the “courier delivery” option, you consent to us providing the necessary data to the courier service so that delivery can be carried out properly.

Complaints Policy

The merchant is required to present clear and unambiguous terms relating to complaints on the e-commerce point of sale—including payment, fees, refunds of money and/or goods—together with a precise description of the procedure applicable in the event of a complaint.

The merchant is also obliged to transparently state the conditions (reasons, deadlines, etc.) under which goods/services may be cancelled, i.e., goods returned and services cancelled, as well as the cancellation procedure and any applicable costs, restrictions, and consequences of cancelling goods/services.


We will only accept returns if the goods are unopened, unused and are in a resell-able condition.

Any damaged or defective items would be replaced without charge and the cost of return postage refunded.
The Golden Spartan will replace any faulty items with the same product. Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from receipt of goods.
